Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty devices that have been opened, used, worn, or tested, even if lightly used.

All returns require prior approval.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after approval.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement, refund, or supplier-processed return, depending on the item and supplier.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Processing & Fulfillment Partners
Depending on the item and the reason for return, approved returns may be:

Processed through our fulfillment partners (such as Amazon or Walmart), or

Resolved through a refund without return, or

Returned to a designated return address
Return handling is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns

We cover return shipping costs only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
