Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty devices that have been opened, used, worn, or tested, even if lightly used.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at theraface62@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

All returns require prior approval.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after approval.

Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement, refund, or supplier-processed return, depending on the item and supplier.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty devices

  • Personal care products once opened

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


Return Processing & Fulfillment Partners

Depending on the item and the reason for return, approved returns may be:

  • Processed through our fulfillment partners (such as Amazon or Walmart), or

  • Resolved through a refund without return, or

  • Returned to a designated return address

Return handling is determined on a case-by-case basis.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns

  • We cover return shipping costs only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the eligible item (if approved)

  2. Place a new order once the return is completed


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
